During my time at Bevie I was responsible for implementing improvements to existing products as well as developing and designing new global homebrew products. This role involved presenting recommendations in weekly business meetings with the global management team to discuss and overcome challenges. My role involved monitoring fermentations using scientific equipment such as Alex 500, gravitometer, gas chromatography, HPLC, and infra-red spectroscopy while utilizing a laboratory information management system to oversee laboratory and warehouse stock location, project management, and file organisation. I collaborated with the quality assurance team to ensure all products were within in-house regulations, to a high standard, and ensure we complied with the health and food safety regulations.
