Group Finance Projects
Current• Initially assisting in the conversion of over 150 dealerships from their existing Dealer Management System (DMS) to our Pinewood Pinnacle DMS and providing Excel macro-based spreadsheets to speed up the process. This also involved both Pinnacle parameter and user maintenance.• I have created over 50 Excel macro-based spreadsheet projects which saved Head Office Central Processing accounts over 1000 labour hours every month. These projects now extend to Evans Halshaw, Stratstone, Quicks and National Fleet Solutions accounts departments along with other projects for Payroll, Insurance and Used Cars. I also do ad-hoc work for accountants and Franchise Finance Leaders.• I ensure each project contains version controls, specifications and detailed user manuals• Each project is accurate and efficient with many becoming “best practice” within the group• I designed and maintained a new folder structure on the server for the Central Processing team• From 2011 to 2013 I was Team Leader of a small team scanning archived invoices onto the server, this also involved organising Pendragon's Head Office entire archive material which consisted of nearly 5000 archive boxes.
