Coordinating the bands 0-2 pod, booking interviews with hiring managers and candidates, producing the offer and contract details, organizing and managing the pre-employment checks (criminal & drug checks), managing start dates. I also took on the additional job of managing the temp to perm conversions and apprentices in the UK for the client, working towards KPI’s, targets, and deadlines, looking after an average of 30 candidates per month.

Validating contracts and processing them quickly and efficiently as possible, working and communicating with clients both internal and external. Keeping within turnaround times and service level agreements, generating reports to senior management, checking all new deals coming into the business ensuring they are benefiting the company, informing salespeople of completion or Rejection of orders, and answering any questions that arise.

My duties consist of running the global Buy and Pay System (An Oracle Product) and entering data into the system, training new people to use the system, making sure invoices are correct, working with the regional finance department to make sure all clients have paid their invoices and sending them out, working with clients to resolve any outstanding issues regarding invoices and orders, testing the new updates and problem-solving when a bug occurs, Working within a budget and deadlines.
