Hello! My name is Adam, and I'm currently a Computer Science student at the University of Illinois, Chicago, with a concentration in Software Engineering. As soon as I started coding, I’ve felt a passion for the unique problem solving opportunities presented by software development. My excitement for strategic thinking and teamwork led me to pursue my degree and seek opportunities in software engineering.Previously, I've completed an Associate Degree in Engineering Science at Harold Washington College, where I finished with a 4.0 GPA and was honored as a Presidential Scholar. So far, I’ve developed a strong foundation in data structures and object-oriented programming, using languages such as C, C++, Python, Java, F#, and SQLite. In addition to technical skills, I pride myself on my excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities, which I’ve honed through my diverse work experiences. During my employment at UIC’s Office of Faculty Affairs, Dykema Gossett, PLLC, & San Bernardino County's Transitional Assistance Department, I have gained invaluable experience in a wide breadth of clerical and customer service duties. In the future, I am seeking to bring my skills to a Chicago-based internship, where I can apply my growing software development expertise to real-world challenges.
