Responsible for product, price, placement, and promotion of engine management product line within North America. Reported to Director of Trade Marketing, who reported to the Vice President of Marketing. Product line offering included 500+ SKU’s of engine management product. Heavy emphasis on go to market activities, with daily sales force interaction.•Successfully launched engine management program with key retail customer•Department lead for managing grey market opportunities, as well as new product opportunities resulting in increased sales and profit •Served as the lead in developing a sales pursuit strategy for placement with key customer and presented to customer in 2015 with quality and commercial assessment•Significant positive feedback from sales force on customer first mindset and responsiveness•Worked cross functionally with logistics and customer service to address part setup, customer service level, and material determination issues with all customers
