Principle Responsibilities• Delivering the schedule using staff, materials and equipment as required.• Actively supervising all key steps of batch manufacture as defined in the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).• Leading Contract Manufacturing staff, including coordination and delivery of training, and staff development through setting objectives and priorities, and performance management.• Coordinating manufacturing activities including liaising with materials management, procurement, engineering, QC, Microbiology and QA staff.• Ensuring BMRs are ready for production review within 7 days of completing labelling and inspectionProject Management• Project Lead and single point of contact for clients and Nova staff for assigned projects.• Developing project plans and tracking project from manufacture to release.• Ensuring detailed completion of Product Manufacturing Requests in conjunction with client.• Responsible for sample submission and transfer of inventory to the Clinical Trials Administrators.Quality• Leading appropriate investigations of Deviations and Quality Incidents and ensure timely closure of CAPAs.• Generation and updates of SOPs • Ensuring accurate completion of Batch recordsTechnical• Having strong familiarity with cGMP practices and cGMP manufacture of clinical and commercial drug products.• Providing expertise in all aspects of fill finish, including formulation, sterile filtration, filling, reconciliation and visual inspection.• Knowledge of all operations for fill finish of live biologics.• Ability to generate standard fill finish BMR from template.
