After studying music at University he followed this with a successful career as a relationship manager in the technology sector. From this he has experience of being able to work in a pressured environment where high targets were expected to be met. In 2001 he started his own business linked to his passion for supporting others to get the best out of themselves. Initially his work focused on the corporate sector, evolving over a period of time to developing the mindsets of athletes of all levels, from young athletes just starting out on their career to those competing at elite and professional levels.
