19 years’ experience in the marine insurance industry excelling in a variety of roles, reaching the position of Partner within JLT’s Energy and Marine Division, subsequently joining Tigermar Global as Head of the company's office in the UK.In these roles Adam obtained a wealth of experience in handling major clients from all over the world; placing business into the London and International markets for a variety of different product lines as well as responsibility for portfolio management.Currently Adam serves as Director of Ocean Special Risks; building a specialty MGA based in London to serve the complex needs of businesses in the Offshore, Renewables, Maritime & Transportation sectors.Adam thrives in a challenging environment and is not afraid to speak his mind; adjusting quickly to change and possessing an ability to find novel solutions for almost any obstacle. His consistent pursuit of improvement in everything he does means he sets high standards of achievement for himself and others for the benefit of his clients.
