In August 2021, I became the Operations Manager for GEN-Y Group (GEN-Y HITCH AND GEN-Y TECH). The current ownership saw an opportunity for me to use my skills in leadership, organization, and communication across our organization for the betterment of our teams. My position allows me to be the a servant-leader for all of our team leads from product development to manufacturing to sales to marketing to shipping and everything in between.My strongest skills are in communication and organization with teams that have a wide-variety of backgrounds, skills, and goals.I was a dual credit social studies teacher at NorthWood HS for 17 years (2004-2021). I also coached 50 seasons of HS sports over a 23 year period, including being the Head Coach of the 2021 IHSAA 3A Girls Basketball State Champions and six IHSAA State Finals Girls Golf teams.
