I am responsible for the electrical circuit and control part. Using PLC and Ladder Logic Language, I realized automatic regulation of a hydraulic bump, the actuator. So we could apply different hydraulic pressures onto many specimens. Many electrical parts, like switching mode power supply, motor driver, stepper motor, tensile sensor, A/D converter were involved in the electrical system. We made this design from a concept to a real prototype. -
