Created cloud technology consultancy informally partnering with Jason Sun on numerous full stack web development projects along with consulting, configuration and development on the Salesforce.com platform. Drafted all manner of documents in course of litigation including, but not limited to complaints, oppositions to demurrer, oppositions to motions to dismiss, propounded discovery, responses to discovery, meet and confer letters, outlines for oral argument on motions, deposition outlines along with exhibits, mediation briefs, motions for and in opposition to summary judgment/adjudication, and trial briefs. A few notable successes was the successfully prosecution of an adversary action on behalf of a debtor for violation of a conformed Chapter 13 plan prevailing against a major lender including substantial damages to Klavir & Associates' clients. Also, settled a significant claim for premise liability and security negligence against a venue and security company for use of excessive force against a non-party to ongoing security incident.

Prepared pro formas and cash flow projections. Synthesized critical information into executive summaries and packages for submission to lenders and/or equity sources.
