The working name was Ethnospot from the beginning and approx. 3000 independent stores in size> 500sqm were identified during this process. Eventually, target group and feasibility studies were done through my other company H2H Consulting AB where it was revealed that the best way was to create a web platform where consumers could go in and order mainly dry goods and have them delivered home within Sweden.

A friend and I created the website Gronsaksladan.se and offered home deliveries of self-composed and ready-made boxes with fruit and vegetables. At most, the company had about 50 private customers and about ten corporate customers, but the conclusion was that this was a successful concept for trading. Eventually, larger players came to start doing exactly what we had started in the autumn of 2004.
