Founder | Adam Merrifield has spent the last 30 years in corporate entrepreneurship, co-founding and or start-up point man for several multi-million dollar businesses.Adam started his career in Commercial Real Estate in San Diego, California, developing his book of clients the old fashion way, door to door, face to face, scheduling meetings in a Franklin day planner. Mr. Merrifield moved back to Beverly hills in 1990 and spent the next 5 years as the Syndicate Coordinator for retail operations in a 40 man NYSE boutique investment banking firm, helping to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for small and mid cap public companies.Entrepreneurship ensued with Adam co-founding Empire Steel Buildings, a national pre-engineered steel building company where he sold and helped project manage over 50 developments throughout the United States. Empire Steel was and is to this day supported with lead flow from online marketing efforts developed early on. In 2005 Adam co-founded MH DevCo, LLC, a commercial real estate development company that built and sold several ground up industrial condominium parks in Phoenix, Arizona.Adam has been a member of the San Diego chapter of EO, a global entrepreneur’s organization allowing him access to some of the brightest entrepreneurial minds in business.

LISBA Gatherings is a phased, group focused platform. Our Gatherings meet once a week for 10 weeks with sessions lasting 1.5 hours. Gatherings 1-2, the Trust Phase, are meant to get a feel for the Gathering format used throughout the process. We practice communicating from 1st person, personal experience allowing members to gain collective wisdom instead of unwanted advice or opinions. Gatherings 3-10, the Transform Phase is a deeper dive into identifying and being rid of the personal character traits that hold us back from being truly effective in our our personal and business relationships. The LISBA process increases our ability to deal with difficult situations and frustrating people in a seemingly effortless way. Our simple daily program of action solidifies the changes we are seeing in our lives and the experience deepens and expands over time.
