Responsabilities: • Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone and chat for customer’s end users • Use the Call Tracking System to document and manage problems and work requests and their respective resolutions and circumvention's• Acquired knowledge in following:- Lotus Notes Support- Active Directory- Clients: Windows 7, Windows XP- iOS Support (Private MAC books support while connecting to client’s network, iPhone and iPad support, Mobile Iron application)- Dynamics- Remote desktop connectivity applications- MS Office (MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook/Exchange)- Internet Explorer (Advanced troubleshooting)
