Programme and deliver live interactive presentations for conferences, symposia and television using bespoke software. Post-lockdown, I have managed the Zoom element of live events (hybrid and online), mostly for the pharmaceutical industry.Project manage multiple events that occur simultaneously around the world in high pressure environments.I frequently perform functional and regression testing on updated versions of the software we use.I am also responsible for the entire sales process, identifying new business opportunities, giving demonstrations and closing contracts whilst maintaining key accounts.I lead the company strategic and direct marketing campaigns.Produce and deliver engaging training modules for clients.Analyse collected data and present to clients in a variety of media.
