One of the reasons for this was our decision to invest in handmade artisan eco-toys from Bolivia, which we were unable to sell effectively in the European market. Despite my efforts, the company ultimately failed. One of the reasons for this was our decision to invest in handmade artisan eco-toys from Bolivia, which we were unable to sell effectively in the European market. Additionally, I was unable to establish any significant distribution channels for the other manufacturers despite having exclusivity agreements in place in Europe and Australasia.Despite the failure, the experience I gained from this venture was invaluable, particularly in terms of early e-commerce, inventory management, working with remote teams, web development, drop-shipping, fulfillment (prior to the widespread use of Amazon FBA), and the use of platforms such as E-Bay and the Amazon marketplace.
