Adam is a Partner for Bain & Company and a member of the firm’s Enterprise Technology, Advanced Manufacturing & Services, and Education practices. Adam has served clients across industries including retail, healthcare, industrials, financial services, consumer products, and technology on a range of topics from business strategy to performance improvement – with a particular focus on enterprise technology. His technology expertise includes large-scale digital transformation, data and analytics, operating model design, digital sustainability and technology strategy. He helps companies maximize the value from their technology investment and build the capabilities to more effectively deliver. Adam previously managed Bain’s global Social Impact practice and continues to help lead Bain’s local Texas Social Impact program, which provides pro bono support for leading non-profit organizations across the region. He has experience in a range of social sector issues, with a focus on public education systems. Adam originally joined Bain in 2005 as an Associate Consultant. He has worked in Bain’s Dallas and London offices. Adam holds a BA in Economics and a BBA in Finance with High Honors from University of Texas at Austin, and a Master of Public Policy and Master of Business Administration with High Honors from University of Chicago. He is married with three children.
