I led Okta's healthcare marketing vertical, solving identity challenges across provider, partner, employee, contractor, and patient experience initiatives. I had an opportunity to work with Okta's healthcare customers spanning Provider, Payer, Life Science, and Health Tech sub-industries.

Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) research focused on market analysis & competitors (battlecards, playbooks), emerging trends, and strategic insights.

Digital Front Door implementations.
