Worked as an MD on the Board and the Head of Practice, establishing and leading the Global Finance Search Practice. I helped oversee a period of growth that took the firm from a 10 person, one-office firm to a multinational executive search provider with over 100 staff. The Global Finance Search Practice, a research-led executive search division that I had the responsibility of leading and developing, focused on senior appointments across the finance leadership team from Board and Regional CFOs to experienced Directors and Controllers including Department Heads e.g. Treasurers, Heads of Audit, FPA and Strategy.

Alexander Mann Search was a highly regarded international search firm specialising in c-suite executive hires. I was responsible for developing and leading the firm's Finance Director/CFO search portfolio across industry based from the London headquarters. Alexander Mann was subsequently split with the RPO business moving forward as AM Solutions and the search business I had worked within being sold after my departure.

Initially joining Morgan & Banks, at that time Australasia's largest executive recruitment firm, in their Sydney office, I eventually worked in the London office of TMP Hudson following the takeover and re-branding of Morgan & Banks by TMP Worldwide. Employed as one of the youngest search consultants executing senior finance appointments in the Sydney office, I continued my focus on finance executive appointments in a leadership role in London.
