Senior Consultant In Systems Administrations And Projects Management
Current• Responsible of projects managements, in charge of: - Plan the feasibility study and the risks of the different projects, - Plan the analysis and perform of the interconnexion solutions - Perform the planning of validated projects (scope, duration, budget ... etc), - Perform the implementation of the validated projects: * Installations (racking and cabling), * Configurations (servers, switches, routers, OS, applications, …etc), * Control and validate the installations and perform acceptances tests with the customers * Deployment of all the applications related to the customer requests, * Administration (signature of all the projects documents) and maintenance (supports)... • Technical representative of MYRIAD group to customers in Africa, in charge of: - Making the interface between the MYRIAD management team and Africa customers, - Ensuring that MYRIAD Group's African customers benefit from the SLA support to deliver, - Regularly inform customers of new technologies developments, - Providing detailed reports of any type of incidents (technical, support, management …) - Setting up regular meetings to follow up the different points ... etc.• Responsible for providing high levels of supports, in charge of: - Providing technical assistance to customers on existing platforms and ongoing projects - Troubleshooting of connections, configurations, interfaces and databases issues, - Assisting the customer in resolving issues linked to the services, - Make sure that temporary solutions are putting in place waiting for the definitive resolution of issues, - Assisting the customers during projects integrations, patch deployments to solve specific issues, etc.• In charge of platforms integration with other services: core, network, VAS, PROVISIONNING, SMSC, GPRS, HLR, VAS Providers …etc.• Development of new services (applications, messaging solutions ... etc) requested by all the customers
