The role within UPI was to oversee the routing as well as to manage survey and land companies. Specifically, incoming and outgoing data management, review of all incoming documents from survey before distributing to engineering and land, route review, point of contact for the client with regards to route and survey management, field experience with construction, buoyancy control, and ground surveys.• Overseeing routing, HDD's, TWS design, water sources, access and alignment sheets for IFP to IFC• Working with land companies on permit acquisition for crossings, land use, access, TFA applications and PLA applications• Working from the field level on construction for buoyancy and stress analysis based on ground survey data acquired• Coordinating with all divisions of engineering to ensure a successful outcome for construction projects
