As the Career Mobility Solutions Partner, I advise companies on the best ways to implement and execute on their internal career mobility strategies that guide and support their people in their careers. I provide proven perspective, knowledge, and insights to these organizations to create or improve upon these strategies to allow their employees to explore and plan for relevant internal career opportunities, redeploy at-risk employee populations to retain key talent, and respond to the ever-shifting skill demands on their workforce. As a key member of LHH’s global Careers Products and Solutions team within the Innovation and Product Centre of Excellence, I also work with our solutions team to better define, create, implement, and continuously improving all of LHH’s career mobility solutions and products.

Collaborating across the entire LHH organization, I brought expertise and client engagement experience to advance and convert solutions spanning several countries.

As SVP of Talent Development , I provided subject matter expertise through an organized, formalized, planned effort to achieve alignment between an individual’s career needs and aspirations and the work-force requirements of our client organizations. Our solutions integrate activities of the employees and managers with the policies and procedures of the organization. The implemented process supports an ongoing process linked with the organization’s human resource structures rather than a one-time event. The delivered solutions serve to refine and develop present talent management activities.

Volunteered to support the growth and development of young athletes and the sport of swimming in the Seneca Valley School District. Term on board role expired in 2024.

Volunteered to support the growth and development of young atheletes and the sport of lacrosse in the Seneca Valley School District specifically and Western Pennsvlvania in general. Served in various roles from assistant coach to 2nd Vice President. Have organized and led the planning and implementation of numerous tournaments at the youth and varsity levels.
