• Led the design and development of a web-based call center application in order to support call center needs for The U.S. Postal Service.

• Led the design, development and re-branding of the SIEMENS Dematic corporate website.
• Developer on the company’s 20 million dollar R&D project, “SIMON”, which provided an extensible system support and integrated maintenance platform for automated mail sorters. Project received the Siemens Innovation.
