Completed a survey and inventory of the entire MOIFA analog and born-digital video archives with the end-goal of intellectual/physical control and digitization.Implemented digital ingest procedures based on the Open Archival Information System (OAIS) reference model to ensure the long-term preservation of digital files produced by the curatorial and collections staff

Expanded and enhanced the MLB Video Library and Archive by processing newly accessioned collections, QC'ing digital video transfers in the DiamondView digital asset management system, digitizing audio cassettes for preservation, and cataloging records in MLB’s Nesbit database.

Acted as an educated tour guide for visitors of all ages researching the artists and their work, implementing visual thinking strategies, imparting my knowledge of the collection, and perpetuating group conversation about the art.

Kept a safe, camera-ready, and happy working environment by assembling and setting up film/lighting equipment, sweeping and mopping sets, and making food and coffee runs.

Served as office and set P.A. on two of the studio’s productions, Arceneaux and Oubliette. Made work easier for the film editor by transferring footage and syncing audio.

Chose and scheduled films to be shown at the theatre and at the annual European Film Festival. Organized and updated the Manship Schedule Web Page. Built relationships with distributors. Formatted preview and trailer files for the digital theatre projector.
