It establishes an island wide network of elected Neighborhood Boards as communication channels, expanding and facilitating opportunities of community and government interaction.

Operate a $45m per year ERISA health plan. Managed the implementation of ADP as payroll partner and HRIS. Partnering with Dir. of Recruiting,, Dir. of L&D and Chief People Officer to reimagine and launch an entirely new company culture for a 40+ year old business.

Responsible for all HR daily operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, payroll, compensation, retirement, benefits, and total rewards. Implemented new 401(k), new HRIS, established new policies and procedures manual, and new employee handbook in first six months.
