My passion for my work is derived from the meaningful results I can create. My goal is to combine my software engineering and marketing abilities to build creative solutions to complex problems. During my student career, I've had to opportunity to give back to my old high school marching band by sharing my knowledge and teaching large groups of young percussionists. These experiences have taught me how to manage diverse teams to generate effective creative and performance results. Understanding leadership and managerial techniques have allowed me to leverage my skills in group settings throughout my college career, particularly in my software development minor's capstone, where I was project manager for a project involving the UNL Biosystems Engineering Department.During my time in college, I also worked with my father on his business, where he taught me the basics of search engine optimization and digital marketing. I honed these skills during my internship with Pure & Secure, LLC, a company that manufactures water purifiers in Lincoln, Nebraska.Along with marketing and leadership skills, I've also been able to learn HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python during my software development minor. I hope to be involved in a career where I can use my leadership, creative, and technical skills to provide solutions and create impactful results.
