About Adam Avin

Hi, I’m Adam, a Broadcast and Digital Journalism major at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. I'm also a mental health education advocate and founder of the Wuf Shanti Children's Wellness Foundation. We teach mindfulness & social emotional learning K-12. I’m really proud of all the work that Wuf Shanti does to help people cope with stress and emotions, & interact with kindness & compassion, all over the world. At Syracuse, I am the Assistant Sports Director at CitrusTV. I work as a Studio Host and Analyst, and previously worked as a beat reporter for the Women's Lacrosse team.
