Hi, I’m Adam, a Broadcast and Digital Journalism major at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. I'm also a mental health education advocate and founder of the Wuf Shanti Children's Wellness Foundation. We teach mindfulness & social emotional learning K-12.
