As part of Malaysian Global Talent at TalentCorp, I support the Returning Expert Programme (REP) that attracts and facilitates the return of Malaysian professionals abroad. With a background in programme management, business administration and finance, I apply my skills in data analytics, database management, talent analytics, and talent management to enhance the effectiveness and impact of the programme. I also manage the programme budget, processing, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the satisfaction and retention of the REP participants.I completed my MBA degree at the National University of Malaysia (UKM), where I aimed to deepen my knowledge and skills in strategic management, leadership, and innovation. I have over seven years of experience in project and event management, budget analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, working with diverse organizations such as LeapEd Services and Sime Darby Property. I have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
