Mazur was chosen for online publication by American Illustration Awards 40, selected by jurors from The New Yorker, Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, and Entertainment Weekly. He was also selected for an online publication by the Directory of Illustration. Mazur graduated with honors from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland, United States, with a degree in Fine Arts and a concentration in Illustration. Since then, he has had his artwork exhibited in select galleries and has been published in CRED Magazine and WWAB's International Contemporary Masters catalog, volume seven.Currently situated in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, Mazur is working on a series of personal projects, including "Tasty Tarot," an ambitious work of 78 illustrations that celebrate culinary icons that have shaped the way we experience food, cooking, and culture, in addition to poke fun at the little daily joys of home cooking. This project is meant to give back to the restaurant community - from professional chefs to family cooks - that makes the foods featured in this deck, as well as to help those who fight for a more equitable and food-secure world for all. He has produced pieces for print and web for select clients, including Philadelphia Weekly and Dock Street Brewery in the United States, and for September Media Company, a design consultancy in Ottawa, Canada.
