Primary project lead for the software development company Lodestar LLC, a subsidiary of Unisource Administrators based in Sarasota, FL. Led team of 5 developers and two business analysts from design through implementation of a Liability insurance application. Also served as lead on project team of 3 developers and 2 business analysts in development of a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) application, the first ASP.Net 1.1 web application developed by this organization. Project lead responsibilities encompass application development, participation in business requirements gathering, architecture of data store and application, resource allocation, status updates, and release scheduling. In addition, I served as a team lead on the Claim 2.0 rewrite project with a hand in all phases of the project life cycle. This includes application architecture, the development of the initial VB.NET 2.0 prototype, web service and class architecture and project planning for deliverables. I remained a hands-on developer through the Beta delivery.

Primarily responsible for architecture and development of flagship web based applications detailing client holdings at the region, division, advisor, and account levels. Also designed and implemented web based document management systems to replace both hard copies of 1099’s and client Fixed Income holdings. Other responsibilities include designing a data extraction process to generate files from an Oracle 7.0 Information Repository that replaced data coming sourced from an existing mainframe application.
