Over the last 8 years I’ve travelled worldwide building partnerships with suppliers enabling us to offer the best value to clients in terms of price and quality.In addition to component sourcing, I assist clients with management consultancy and business improvement advice to help them reduce costs and increase efficiency. I take a ‘can do’ approach whilst being open and honest with clients advising exactly what I think and what needs to improve!I am currently working in partnership with Ingenieur Ltd to help their CNC machining business grow and to bring them new opportunities in the aerospace industry. They are AS9100 approved and have a fantastic facility in Chandlers Ford which is one of the cleanest, if not THE cleanest machine shop I have ever seen. I was responsible for the growth and management of key customer accounts and the development of the company's machining and fabrications strategy, introducing and managing new suppliers throughout the UK and Eastern Europe.

I ran my own aerospace sales, procurement and business management consultancy business. During this time I helped increase sales and margin at Aerospace Fasteners Ltd achieving circa 50% growth in 3 years. A successful contract with Apollo Aerospace led to a full time employment offer.

Working for Reginson, I developed and implemented a sales and customer service strategy that delivered an increase in business from £1m to £3.5m in three years. I introduced a new, improved company image and managed all sales activity from initial engineering estimates and quotations through to securing new business, developing customer relationships and delivering high levels of customer service.

Helped to increase the Pattonair business from £4m in 1994 to over £50m in 2003. I was responsible for all added value contracts from project launch and implementation through to ongoing customer service, providing high levels of delivery and quality performance. For the final year, I was General Manager of the £10m distribution business.
