Given the responsibility to train the 150 full time staff missionaries and 300 summer missionaries to raise support so they can be fully present to the youth and fully available to mission while at Damascus. This year Damascus will be reaching an estimated 25,000 youth primarily through retreat ministry.

Served as a FOCUS Missionary at Carnegie Mellon University for two years. I was head of Outreach and Community Service Events while there. We primarily served college students and I was stationed with my wife at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA along with 3 other teammates.

This competitive and unique opportunity was one in which I served over 200 students including Eastern European students studying abroad for a semester at Franciscan's Campus in Gaming, Austria, ranked in the top 4% in all colleges and universities for students studying abroad. While being privilege to serve as an RA, I was responsible for enforcing code and conduct and fostering community around the campus, planning events and enhancing the intellectual, spiritual, social, and emotional needs of my classmates while ensuring safety and attending weekly meetings. After returning from Austria I had the unique opportunity to be an RA on campus as well and presently I am serving over 150 students in an all Mens Hall.

During my 400+ hours at the Lima Municipal Court, my duties as an intern included serving in a technical position of assisting the Court Bailiff in the functions of daily court activity including typing and or properly placing in the system the many entries which are filed by the Attorney or Defendants. I also worked primarily under the Judge and assisted in whatever faction I could and gained a great deal of knowledge on proper proceedings and the flow of the legal profession. My experience has given my great insight and know how of what the American Judicial system is in what is indeed properly called "The People's Court" and how this affects our lives and the various areas of society.
