• My role at Modern Toss involved managing all aspects of their online presence retail store - from maintaining and creating the eCommerce websites, ensuring accuracy of product content, shipping configuration, payment.
• Rebuilt Wholesale eCommerce site in Prestashop. Included new features such as per-unit pricing, improved image viewing and search functions, with far more information available to B2B clients.
• Implementing and maintaining full migration of CMS and all products, payment gateways and shipping info to Shopify and Prestashop, retaining and improving SEO rankings
• Managing site redesign, working with the designer and own changes (CSS, liquid) to meet specification
• Inventory management and overseeing centralisation of distribution
• Setting KPIs and measuring new website performance against old via Google Analytics

The Honeycomb Imaging came out of my desire to assist local businesses develop their online presence and sales through photography. Initially offering purely photographic services, I grew into offering an image editing service as well as a one-to-one Ecommerce and Photography crash training course. This has helped diversity price points and engage at all.

The Honeycomb is my Etsy store with over 700 sales making iconic geek themed laser cut accessories. This has involved product sourcing and manufacture, ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner and above all ensuring all of my customers are happy with their purchases through effective communication. Through necessity I have learned and gained.
