After 25+ years with Bernstein’s Fine Catering, I still measure success by one thing: the reactions. Seriously! That hug from the client at the end of an event, that email from the office manager saying we saved the day, or even the excitement my team has to provide what you had in mind all makes the difference in my day. Every event we cater or luncheon we deliver has a high level of quality. Really, that’s my only goal. I don’t have a problem not being the largest caterer in the business. I’d much rather have someone say that I’m the best rather than I’m the biggest. Nothing is better than a client realizing the final dishes we serve to their 400 guests is just as good as the small tasting they first had. My team and I always work hard to make their whole experience effortless and enjoyable.
