Associate Program Managers are experienced employees with knowledge of the program management disciplines that are assigned to assist Program Managers and/or Business Unit Leaders/Directors in managing a specific SNC program or programs. They are responsible for assisting in the successful managing all aspects of cost, schedule, and performance for their assigned programs and for following approved SNC processes.

Provide direct program support to the VP and/or Director of Programs, Program Managers, and Associate Programs Managers utilizing SNC’s integrated financial management tools. Providing Earned Value analysis to support PM's in the management of assigned programs is pivotal in this position. This includes assisting in the creation of work breakdown structures (WBS), responsibility assignment matrices, WBS dictionaries, baseline establishment, earned value measurement techniques, budgeting of projects/tasks, and detailed cost/schedule variance analysis. Analysts will also report Estimate at Completion analysis and assist in the development of strategies to stay or get back on plan. In support of SNC's monthly update cycle, the analyst will work with Program Managers to complete monthly schedule and cost updates and ensure Estimates to Completion and resource projections are accurate. Collaboration across the pricing, contracts, finance, and program management organizations will be necessary to ensure that programs are set up and executed according to our internal processes and procedures and to develop and provide monthly internal/customer performance reporting.

Represents organizational unit on administrative matters. Recommends, interprets, and/or implements company and internal administrative policies and procedures. Performs as a generalist a combination of administrative tasks in such functional areas as finance, human resources, purchasing, research and development. May prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports as required.
