I work with Subcontractors on the front end of projects. I Send out plans, receive bids and qualify them. I then work with the Project Managers and other members of our team on each projects budget and we decide who we will be trading with. I then write all contracts and scopes of work and update the budgets as needed. Once construction has commenced, I work with the Architect on all submittals, and write and issue all purchase orders as needed and deal with our various suppliers. I also work with different Developers/Owners on getting any and all color selections, then relay that information to the Project Managers.

Olympia Construction, Inc., was incorporated in June 1989, by its principal stockholders Jeff Beaver and Ralph Fullerton. The corporate offices of Olympia are located in Albertville, Alabama. The owners and key personnel have a total combined construction experience in management, building and design of over 50 years, covering contracts in eight states throughout the Southeast, including Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Louisiana, Georgia, Mississippi and North Carolina.

I do a little bit of everything here at WRWR. It's a brand new news station, located in Warner Robins, GA. I recently got promoted to Creative Director. I Conceptualize, Write, and Create all of our promotional commercials and and all Intros for all of our shows. I also create all of our graphic templates. I sometimes go out and shoot video for reporters and their news packages. As well as editing, and playing the tapes during the actual news cast.

Ran camera during Newscasts (morning & night shows). Set up shots in a timely manner, made sure all anchors and reporters were where they had to be on time. Ran audio during morning & night shows. Built graphics and had them ready to go before and during the shows.

Freelance work for a company called Power Tree. Working on the project with Dave Roth, James Tinnerella, and Sean Couture.

A separate design company hired me to model a 3D skeleton in a mariachi suit holding a margarita glass.
