After over a decade of software implementation experience, I was lucky enough to begin my Lean-Agile journey just as the agile movement was being launched in 2001. After over a decade of internal company transformation leadership, I again helped launch Scaled Agile (SAFe) practices with SAI founders for another decade+ of leading team-level through portfolio/enterprise-level delivery improvements. As work with my charities of choice, I also continue consulting, training and coaching teams and and their leadership within multiple government, Fortune 50 clients as well as smaller / mid-market and start-up organizations.
