June 2008 - Nov 2008 - In my most recent role at American Century Investments (ACI) I acted as primary IT support for their entire Institutional channel. I was in the process of re-writing data feeds for the Institutional Client Reporting system using TIBCO Business Works. The completion of this project will allow the retirement of the current outdated system.Jan 2007 - June 2008 - My team was primary support for the data warehouse that houses all of the company's fund information. My team was responsible for processes that priced the funds each evening after closing and distributing that information to other teams. Responsibilities included 24x7 on-call rotation for critical business systems.June 2004 - Jan 2007 - My first role at ACI was primary technical contact for DST, American Century's largest vendor. If ACI had an outage I was responsible for contacting DST to get them to work on the issue and coordinate efforts between DST and ACI's IT department. I also worked on the implementation of our contact center software that runs the chat and email system that is used for investors.
