• Daily interaction with PREIT departments including Leasing, Risk Management, Tenant Coordination,Asset Management, Specialty Leasing, and Marketing.• Reviewing and managing interactions between all departments, tenants, vendors, and contractors.• Responsible for maintaining the operation and maintenance of the property by familiarizing myself with all building systems, C.O.R.E. standards, ownership entities, and department procedures.• Creating and bidding all property related service contracts and agreements.• Creating and maintaining the annual property budget through the preparation of property financial reports.• Working closely with the Accounting department in order to maintain accounts receivable and payable.• Paying, coding, and processing all property invoices and expenses.• Reviewing and managing all property Security including emergency procedures, daily security logs, monthly reports, incident and claim reports, and security officer scheduling.• Working closely with Tenant Coordination to efficiently manage all contractors involved in any tenant or common area construction/remodels by reviewing all CBTs, building plans, construction schedules and procedures, permit applications, verifying all contractor insurance, and tracking/managing all construction progress.• Keeping good relationships with all tenants and adhering to all Landlord responsibilities.• Working closely with Leasing and Legal as it relates to reviewing all new lease negotiations and lease amendments.• Working closely with Marketing including budget management, marketing strategies, customer service procedures and evaluations, and reviewing all property traffic reports and sale trends.

• Summer Internship reporting to Joseph Aristone, Senior Vice President of Anchor Leasing and Tim Rubin, Executive Vice President.• Observed lease negotiation conference calls with retailers.• Assembled Broker contact database for portfolio.• Updated retailer’s real estate contacts and exclusive broker contacts for use by PREIT’s leasing staff.• Assembled project presentation packages for PREIT properties which were then mailed to the appropriate retailers and their brokers. Each package included a regional map, local map, an aerial depicting the property and surrounding retailers, a site plan, a leasing plan, pictures and renderings of the proposed development, and demographics based on radii and a defined polygon trade area. • Reviewed lease abstracts for the lease expiration and option period exercise dates for each of PREIT’s properties. Updated leasing plans to cite these dates for each retailer on the plan.• Reviewed documents and correspondence in deal files.
