From 2020 to 2023, I managed the operation of Lidl’s Northern New Jersey Regional Office while mentoring, managing, and teaching in the moment, a team of seven (7) Real Estate professionals to enable their continued career and professional growth while ensuring that all Real Estate Department Key Performance Indicators were achieved. With Party City, I generated over $5.3M in rent savings via the negotiated renewals/renegotiated options of roughly 90 existing Party City locations and opened 15 new Party City stores that exceeded projected sales plans while simultaneously negotiating and securing the greatest number and overall most profitable Halloween and Toy City locations for the company. In 2014, I successfully closed 126 specialty leasing deals for a rental income of $1.3 million while bringing in 47 new operators to the Westfield Connecticut Properties. As part of a small team of in-house leasing specialists, I personally opened 198 Spirit Halloween stores in 2012 for the Spencer Gifts Corporation. I learned the business of operating a 1.1 million square foot Urban Mall in Philadelphia for PREIT Development REIT as its Assistant General Manager. I supplemented my education as a graduate with a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University with Retail Real Estate courses at the ICSC Headquarters in New York City and at The Wharton School in Philadelphia. I demonstrated to all my employers that I am a quick learner, that I have strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills and that I am a dedicated and tireless member of the team. I am considered by management and peers to be a team leader and the go-to person to get deals done.
