Required to review, translate, and comply to various stringent customer and specification requirements.• Prepare and present quotations and proposals for material, services, and labor estimation of custom and production manufacturing work.• As a member of the Nuclear Division, I am regularly exposed to the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code and required to develop complying manufacturing instructions and quality planning while strictly adhering to Major Tool's NQA-1 quality system.• Gained experience within Major Tool's production division where duties included process implementation and improvement, monitoring and reporting SPC data, management of PPAP approvals, and technical support for the shop and the customer.
