Some of my hobbies include editing professional photography, learning about software, hardware, technology and playing chess.I started my sales experience at a Best Buy Mobile outlet at the Town Center mall in Boca Raton which was right before corporate shut down all mobile stores. I learned about the latest and greatest mobile devices, cell phone contracts, and accessories such as headphones and speakers. While in college I gained professional experience in Quality Assurance (QA) testing as an intern at Revchain Solutions which was acquired by Windstream communications shortly after I joined. My tasks included automated regression testing, unit testing, and working with SQL databases.Once my contract ended I moved to a "Big Box" Best Buy location in Coral Springs where I worked in the Magnolia/Home Theater departments and flexing to other departments as needed. I learned about television software, soundbars, speakers, and receivers. I then accepted the role as the Microsoft Expert at the same store where I was stationed in the Windows section of the computers department with a focus on Surface products, Microsoft Office subscriptions, and other Windows machines.Shortly after I was offered a position in sales at Citrix where I conducted sales support, renewals, and prospecting. I worked on many different projects such as tracking demo statistics in excel and using Litmos to manage and train internal ISU students. By utilizing Salesforce I was able to close over 100 different micro opportunities for license renewals in less than one quarter for over $150k while training.I currently work for Synergistix as a Technical Support Specialist assisting users from different companies with any issues they may have when it comes to the CATS CRM application and insuring compliance in correspondence to the PDMA.
