- Joined Enterprise Data Management team as first Product Manager, to build the practice in the area, where I have developed user-centric roadmaps, implemented and lead intake and prioritization processes, stakeholder communication channels, improved work tracking through Jira & Jira Portfolio, and was able to expand my team to deliver value to the Analyst community, and other Tech teams requiring data - Led an Agile team to implement the US CCPA compliance from a backend data perspective – delivering tools to support customers requesting a copy of their data, and capabilities for customers to request their data deleted – all delivered on-time for the company to be in compliance- Led the implementation of “centralized view of the customer” and “centralized view of the product” data sets, reporting tools and data integration for US Marketing, Planning/Merchandising and Analytics teams - Beginning the journey to re-platform all QRG business units to Microsoft Azure Cloud, leveraging DataBricks and Synapse SQL data warehouse

- One of the first three product managers at QVC, leading the revolution of Agile software development and Product Management at the company – which is now pervasive across all Technology areas- Developed vision and roadmap for the purchase path of QVC’s mobile, tablet and desktop responsive websites, and iPhone, iPad and Android apps.
