I am the Regional Manager of OmniCable's Charlotte branch. Sales Strategy Responsibilities: • Establishes sales strategies and goal setting to drive sustainable and profitable growth; Establish targets and opportunities; Partners with Marketing on market share development and new product rollout • Assumes the planning and reviewing responsibilities of the Account Managers and District Sales Managers • Provides Quarterly Sales Review and Performance Reviews • Develops new relationships with key customers and vendors while maintaining existing relationships • Proactively address changes in the market and develop strategies for handling competition People Development Responsibilities: • Develops the People & Development strategy for the region, including but not limited to: performance management, employee development, staffing and change management • Sets expectations, lead and motivate team • Maintains company policies including communicating and implementing company initiatives • Educates the workforce and reinforce the value of ESOP Operations and Transactional Responsibilities: • Responsible for the Service Levels of the region including but not limited to: customer service, inventory management, and facility management • Develops regional strategies that support company pricing strategies • Manages Freight • Ensures resolution of customer inquiries and concerns • Creates and manage the Marketing budget including rebates, buying groups and SPIFFs Financial Responsibilities: • Develops and Manages the regional financial plan • Ensures budgets meet expectations • Conducts financial reviews with the CFO What I enjoy most about management is people development.
