Lead of Core Tech Team: As lead I am responsible to organise group of senior developers, prepare all our meetings, set goals which we want to achieve, bring new ideas to the table and help implement technical standards across the company. My goal is to be opened to all ideas, support the best way I can any colleagues which need it and help solve any issues coming our way.People Lead: This role give me the privilege of connecting with colleagues on a more personal level through our 1:1 meetings.
