Adam has experience closing billions in real estate transaction throughout the United States and across various rental housing product types. He's worked extensively in debt capital markets to fuel Greystar's acquisition business including two successful M&A transactions (REIT take-privates; MORE & EDR), which seeded new business lines for Greystar. As part of the development business Adam covers Colorado and Idaho. Responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, performing due diligence, equity capitalization, and construction management of multifamily projects. Adam's strong work ethic and passion for self improvement led him to successfully completing an Ironman in 2019 placing in the top 5% overall and 12th in his age group. In 2020, he finished 1st in his age group at the Austin Rattler 66k which qualified him for the notorious Leadville 100 Trail Run where he finished with a time of 26 hours 10 minutes. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston where he studied Finance, Real Estate, and Entrepreneurship. At CofC, Adam became President of the Watersports Club where he used his business acumen to renegotiate contracts and implement a new budget strategy that simultaneously reduced dues 50% and doubled free cash flow, resulting in 4x membership growth.
