He also represents developers and owners in the formation of complex condominium regimes.Representative Matters:• Represent developer in acquisition, development, financing and disposition of a $175M mixed-use project anchored by two Class A office buildings in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. • Represent developer in the acquisition, development and financing of Harbor Point, a $1B 27-acre live/work/play waterfront development located in Baltimore, which will include 3 million square feet of office, residential, retail and hotel at build out.• Represented affordable housing agency in redevelopment and construction of approximately 800 mixed-income apartment units and a state-of-the-art fitness and aquatics center in Silver Spring, Maryland. • Represented developer in acquisition, development, financing and construction of a $120M mixed-use project in Philadelphia containing 300 luxury apartments and a Whole Foods grocery store. • Represented developer in development and HUD 221(d)(4) financing of a $36M, 300-unit apartment complex in San Antonio, Texas. • Represented developer in the development and financing of a $90M apartment project on the waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland.
