He also represents developers and owners in the formation of complex condominium regimes.Representative Matters:• Represent developer in acquisition, development, financing and disposition of a $175M mixed-use project anchored by two Class A office buildings in downtown Raleigh, North Carolina. • Represent developer in the acquisition, development and financing of Harbor Point, a $1B 27-acre live/work/play waterfront development located in Baltimore, which will include 3 million square feet of office, residential, retail and hotel at build out.• Represented affordable housing agency in redevelopment and construction of approximately 800 mixed-income apartment units and a state-of-the-art fitness and aquatics center in Silver Spring, Maryland. • Represented developer in acquisition, development, financing and construction of a $120M mixed-use project in Philadelphia containing 300 luxury apartments and a Whole Foods grocery store. • Represented developer in development and HUD 221(d)(4) financing of a $36M, 300-unit apartment complex in San Antonio, Texas. • Represented developer in the development and financing of a $90M apartment project on the waterfront in Baltimore, Maryland.

As Deputy General Counsel, Adam helped lead the development of a $1B mixed-use project on 250 acres in Pompano Beach, Florida and managed all legal aspects of leasing and property management for the company’s portfolio of over 400 tenants and 5 million square feet spanning all asset classes.

The Maryland Environmental Trust was established by statute in 1967 to conserve the land, water, air, wildlife, scenic qualities, and open spaces of Maryland. Today, MET is a State-wide leader in land conservation. The Trust has protected over 125,000 acres on more than 1,000 properties since 1972. During my tenure at MET I solicited, negotiated, and executed conservation easements in the western and central regions of Maryland.

The Governor’s Policy Fellows Program is a post-graduate program that seeks to bring the nation’s most distinguished policy graduates to serve in state government. I was assigned to the Department of Natural Resources.

The Baltimore City Mayoral Fellowship is a highly selective program for individuals who have an interest in and commitment to a career in public service. I was assigned to the Department of Public Works.
