As Quest Coordinator at Island Quest Day Camp, I supervised and managed all quest programming, including staff management, camp wide scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring both educational and safety guidelines were in place at all programs.Key Achievements :- Created and implemented an evaluation tool for weekly data collection of feedback data on campers interest and success of quest programs; identified opportunities for service improvement and expense reduction on hired vendors through analysis of data.- Collaborated with administrators and program staff to organize and plan theme days and a three day long color war, for a camp of over five hundred campers.
