- Formed and led Southeast and Caribbean Aquaculture Community of Practice- Facilitated the identification of priority areas for seafloor habitat mapping in the Southeast- Established the South Carolina Coastal GIS User Group, a forum for information sharing and knowledge transfer, in collaboration with SC Department of Natural Resources and SC Department of Health and Environmental Control – Ocean and Coastal Resource Management- Developed and delivered trainings on habitat restoration, coastal resilience and hazards mitigation- Improved the integration of geospatial data and technology within state Coastal Zone Management Agencies, National Estuarine Research Reserves, and NOAA’s Coral Reef Conservation Program- Led in the development of NOAA/BOEM Ocean Reports decision support tool through partnering with state Coastal Zone Management Programs, Department of Natural Resources, NOAA National Marine Sanctuaries, The Nature Conservancy, Academia, NOAA SeaGrant, Coastal States Organization, US Army Corps of Engineers, and Southern Environmental Law Center.- Managed technical contract with Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM) Environmental Studies Program- Provided QA/QC support in the development of NOAA’s Coastal Change Analysis Program (C-CAP) high-resolution land cover product line.

- Served as Data and Information Working Group Coordinator for the White House National Ocean Council- Established the Ocean Community on Data.gov through collaboration with the USGS, EPA, Coast Guard, and NOAA’s National Marine Fisheries Service and National Ocean Service.- Formed and led Marine Planning Portal Network in support of White House Exec Order on Ocean Planning- Facilitated access to authoritative geospatial data through inter-agency coordination in support of various ocean and coastal data projects (ie, MarineCadastre.gov)- Developed workforce training and development plans for NOAA Line and Program Offices in collaboration with Esri training and solutions staff
