In my current role, I have several responsibilities that span across various dimensions of our business:- Coordination and Supervision of Production Units: I oversee and manage multiple business units within our production department. These include the Chlorine Business Unit (BU), Polyols BU, Phosphorus Chemistry BU, as well as the Energy Supply Centre.- Leadership of Engineering Teams: I lead a talented team of professionals that include electrical, instrument, and mechanical engineers. I am responsible for guiding their work and ensuring the highest standards of performance.- Process Optimization Supervision: I also supervise our Process Optimization team, directing our efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and increase productivity.- Maintenance Management: Another key area of my responsibility is maintenance management. I ensure all our machinery and systems are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.- Renewable Energy Development: I am deeply involved in the development of renewable energy generation within our company, steering us towards sustainable practices and future-proofing our operations.- Authorized Company Signatory: Lastly, I hold the official position of "prokurent" (proxy), providing me with the authority to sign on behalf of the company. This further emphasizes my role in the company's strategic decisions and operations.
