His commitment to creating positive employee experiences can be seen through his efforts and felt while in conversation with him, and he certainly has the experience needed to deliver on his promises.Adam is a proven executive leader with over twenty-eight years of diverse work experience in the employee benefits, healthcare and human capital management industries. Throughout his professional career, Adam has led high-performing teams in a number of functions including sales and marketing, business development, client management and operations, product development, and legal/compliance. Adam has held executive leadership and management roles in organizations ranging from major banks and insurance companies to small and medium-sized entrepreneurial businesses in the Austin area. He has worked at companies such as KeyBank, Transamerica, CNA, Union Bank of California, TriNet and Fringe Benefit Group. During his over 10 years on the executive leadership team at the Fringe Benefit Group, he played an instrumental role in the organization's 800% growth. Adam was responsible for managing multiple insurance trust and retirement plan arrangements uniquely designed for construction and service contractors. He also played a key role in setting up and managing their strategic partnership with ABC National. Adam has been married to his wife Lynn for 16 years and they have three children, Morgan, Owen and Anna. He is a proud graduate of Harvard University and played varsity football for the Crimson.
