He has worked at companies such as KeyBank, Transamerica, CNA, Union Bank of California, TriNet and Fringe Benefit Group. During his over 10 years on the executive leadership team at the Fringe Benefit Group, he played an instrumental role in the organization's 800% growth. Adam was responsible for managing multiple insurance trust and retirement plan arrangements uniquely designed for construction and service contractors. He also played a key role in setting up and managing their strategic partnership with ABC National. Adam has been married to his wife Lynn for 16 years and they have three children, Morgan, Owen and Anna. He is a proud graduate of Harvard University and played varsity football for the Crimson.
